'VICE' SF TRAILER WITH BRUCE WILLIS, THOMAS JANE! KATE HUDSON & KERRY WASHINGTON FOR 'UNFORGETTABLE' THRILLER! JANUARY JONES JOINS WILL FORTE IN 'LAST MAN ON EARTH' SITCOM

'UNFORGETTABLE' TO CAST
KATE HUDSON & KERRY WASHI- NGTON
Two pretty ladies, Kate Hudson and Kerry Washington are, according to 'Variety' negotiating around the lead roles in new action drama UNFORGETTABLE! To be directed by Amma Asante (who helmed BELLE period drama), the movie will follow a newly married mother who realises her husband's ex is hell-bent on revenge and turning her life into living hell when she starts to harass her! As I reported recently, Kerry Washington will also lead IS HE THE ONE?, a movie which starts with the bride going down the isle and then describes the three men in her life with the audience not knowing which one she is about to marry. Kate is shooting BORN BE KING with Ewan McGregor!

'LAST MAN ON EARTH' SITCOM
JANUARY JONES JOINS WILL FORTE
Over at the small screens, one of the most anticipated of the upcoming new comedy series LAST MAN ON EARTH from Fox has just added January Jones to the cast lead by Will Forte in this unusual post apocalyptic sitcom! It chronicles the life and adventures of an average guy – and humanity’s last hope – who discovers what life is like when no one is telling you what you can and cannot do. January Jones will play the beautiful, intellectual and athletic Melissa, a Midwestern girl-next door with a good sense of humour! Mel Rodriguez (Getting On), Kristen Schaal (Flight of the Conchords) and Cleopatra Coleman (Step Up Revolution) will also star!
RICHARD MADDEN ON NEW 'CINDERELLA' POSTER
And check out the latest CINDERELLA poster featuring Richard Madden as Prince Charming and Lily James in the lead role!

'VICE' SF ACTION TRAILER
BRUCE WILLIS & THOMAS JANE
Your trailer for today is for science fiction action VICE which arrives into theatres next January starring Bruce Willis as Julian Michaels who has designed the ultimate resort: VICE, where anything goes and the customers can play out their wildest fantasies with artificial inhabitants who look, think, and feel like humans. These androids have their memories wiped after each encounter, where anything goes, including rape or murder. When an artificial (Ambyr Childers) becomes self-aware and escapes, she finds herself caught in the crossfire between Julian's mercenaries and a cop (Thomas Jane) who is hell-bent on shutting down VICE and stopping the violence once and for all.

  1. Okay, even if Last Man on Earth didn't already sound potentially awesome, I'd watch just for January Jones. Yowza!

    1. those vicarious rapes and violence are already happening in most of US shows which often have the most brutal of torture porn stories just to feed the most basic of tastes of the more primitive viewers

    2. I had to delete just to make a simple edit.

You're right darling, it is wretched. One of the many reasons I threw my telly in the bin years ago.

    3. Dahlink, they do it in order to numb their people to violence so that they would support the bloody wars of their government around the world.

    4. Really? I don't even own a television. Not in three years at least. I just like to read your news and watch the trailers(smile).

    7. Dixie, it is probably for the better that you don't own a telly! Saves you from witnessing the loss of all values and principles in society

  3. 'VICE' looks good. Quite like Bruce Willis. Although I gotta say the gunfire throughout was slightly tedious. But such are films today I guess :(

    1. yep, I remember watching MAN OF STEEL, two thirds of that one were explosions, and different buildings being destroyed into pieces

    2. Man of Steel is not a movie. It's a very long trailer. Also, it features the stupidest Superman I've ever seen. There... I said it. So what if I miss Christopher Reeve?

    3. actually Supes in it is the best one I've ever seen... but not the rest of the movie :)

  6. There is no way I can watch Vice. It's too brutal and I don't need to be reminded of how vile some humans can be. Although I expect that in the end they will show this is a bad thing, but who amongst us doesn't already know that?

    1. Too true, dahlink, but this is exactly what will happen one day in reality... there is no limit to the outrageous violence and mindless aggression in US media. even in their music. They already have video games in which the aim is to drive over people in the streets, so this isn't so far from reality

      Delete
    2. The US military is now recruiting young people who have only experience in playing video games to run the unmanned drones. They use them because they are already trained by the games control system. For these young recruits killing real people is the same as killing fake people in the video games.

    3. yep, that is what I've been telling for years and people think I'm crazy.... Just watch and see... When you grow up watching so many violent shows, playing violent games, playing with toy weapons... all those things make you numb to the real violence and more prone to accepting violence in reality.

  7. Yeah, I'm with Anne, vice isn't a distraction, it's a reality. However, like the premise of Last Man on Earth.

  8. I don't think people have ever been excited about a movie they already know how it ends. But I am very interested in the new Cinderella
