Josh Dallas will play a missing father
will lead NBC's missing plane mystery series MANIFEST together with Melissa Roxburgh, Athena Karkanis and Parveen Kaur. It explores a hypothetical scenario surrounding the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. What if the plane and its passengers suddenly reappeared? In MANIFEST, a plane disappears from radar and returns five years later after being untraceable and presumed lost at sea. No time has passed for those on the plane, but for their loved ones at home, a long five years have gone by. The series follows their personal lives as well as the larger mystery and purpose that is their destiny. Karkanis will play a woman whose husband (Josh Dallas) and son have disappeared on that plane and are now back!

Meanwhile, they've also cast Josh Helman as the male lead in THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT hourlong comedic drama opposite female leads Gage Golightly and Quinta Brunson! When a prison spaceship carrying the universe’s most deadly aliens crashes in Southern California, two millennial women, Kate (Gage Golightly) and Ruby (Quinta Brunson), with bigger dreams than working at a kids’ pizza place in the Valley, are recruited by a space cop, Quinn (Helman), to hunt down the escaped criminals who have camouflaged themselves as eccentric Angelenos.

The new mini series will have six episodes
a young woman who joins the Civil Service in 1945, just as the Labour party sweeps to victory, defeating Winston Churchill in an unexpected landslide. Her ambition to make something of her life goes unrecognised by her family, and is further complicated by her American lover. Feef agrees to spy on her own government for the Americans, who have a hidden agenda in making sure England’s burgeoning Socialist ambitions don’t play into Soviet hands. Struggling to work out what she stands for, and what she’s capable of, Feef must learn to think for herself and play by her own rules at a time when knowledge becomes power and nothing and no one is what they seem.

    1. it will be a very, very bad season, even worse than the current one, methinks. The only good thing is the big return of multicam sitcoms... if they order any of the pilots into series. I'm checking out Living Biblically tonight.
